scaling creative processes

I build the systems that let creative teams do more with less: intelligent automation, strategic outsourcing, and optimized pipelines that cut costs and compress timelines.

executing creative processes

10+ years producing AR/VR experiences, games, films, and advertising. I run complete productions using whatever tools deliver results, whether it is 2D, 3D or AI-based.

automating creative processes

Every repetitive process can be automated—including those requiring creative judgment. AI makes it possible to systematize what was once purely manual.

ai-first case studies

Over the last months, I swapped my 3D toolkit for the ever-evolving and expanding ai-toolkit. Enabling increased speed and improved quality — while sacrificing some control. After working with different platforms, ranging from ComfyUI to Flora Fauna, I (for now) settled with Weavy.

Below you find a range of processes I developed while working for clients like Tommy Hilfiger, G-star, Lululemon, and Philips.

editorial generator

This automated process creates editorial-grade portrait images of digital talent. These images can be used for digital talent replacement (see below), among other things. The automation also generated short biographies for the digital talents.

portrait generator

This automated process creates editorial-grade portrait images of digital talent. These images can be used for digital talent replacement (see below), among other things. The automation also generated short biographies for the digital talents, and focuses on creating models with realistic beauty standards.

Hyejin Kim
South Korean • Seoul
175cm • 58kg

Discovered at Seoul Fashion Week while assisting a photographer. Her precise features and calm presence made her an instant favorite for minimalist campaigns. Between shows, she studies traditional hanbok design and dreams of launching her own label.

Marcus Osei
Ghanaian-British • London, UK
188cm • 82kg

Former swimmer turned runway regular. His athletic build and precise movement caught the eye of a Burberry casting director at a pool in Brixton. Now walks for brands that value authenticity over traditional beauty standards.

Hiroshi Tanaka

03
talent replacer

Replacing talents in photoshoots unlocks new possibilities for fashion brands — from localizing webshop models for different markets to reusing fit-model shoots instead of hiring expensive models or paying recurring usage fees.

This flow requires no LoRA training and works from a single input image (see portraits above) while maintaining strong character consistency. Garments remain completely untouched.

Note: Character consistency is better in images with less visible skin.

Zara Mensah Ghanaian • Accra 180cm • 65kg

Raised in Accra, discovered by a photographer documenting West African street style. Her striking presence and natural elegance have made her the face of several sustainable luxury campaigns. Advocates loudly for fair representation in fashion.

04
colourway & reposer

Changing garment colours used to be a manual and costly process — often resulting in identical images that looked inauthentic. This system automates recolouring and reposing, producing believable colourways instantly, even for complex patterns, based on flat-lays. The change is based on a flat-lay input.
